Training- Hoa Sen University- Tourism Department
On 31st August 2010, Euro Sky collaborated with the Tourism & Hospitality Department of Hoa Sen University in launching a workshop on the topic, ‘Yield Management Practice For The Hotel Industry’. During the workshop, professional knowledge and practical experiences in hospitality operations were eagerly shared and exchanged. Participants were also introduced to the various techniques and formulas for Revenue Management, and the use of internet technology in Revenue Management to maximise profits with optimal occupancy rates.
The workshop was participated by owners and staffs from most of the 3-stars hotels situated in the city centre of District 1 in Ho Chi Minh City
As a result of the very encouraging feedback, Euro Sky will continue to organise workshops or seminars on various topics relevant to the Hospitality Industry. The programmes for these workshops and seminars will be tailored to include up-to-date market trends and knowledge as well as the current best practices in Tourism and Hospitality businesses.

Training – Savills- Phu My Hung
On the12th October, 2010 Savills has appointed Sky Euro Group to be a training service supplier, to provide training courses for housekeeping department by "On The Job Training" method to all room attendants are working for the chian of service appartments managed by Savills such as: The Water Front, Crescent 1,2,3 located in new urban - Phu My Hung.
The first training course started at The Water Front apartment in October 18th and ends in November 6th , 2010. The course received enthusiastic interest and highly appreciation for teaching performance and professional knowledge is provided to all room attendants.
Next courses is starting from the 8th till 20th November, 2010 at the Crescent 3 apartments.
Beside that, Euro Sky Group continues to provide “ Courtesy” training course to all Front lines staffs and Supervisors of operation departments in the chain. Expected the first course will start on 15th and ending 17th Novemebr, 2010 and the second will be from 18 to 20 November 2010.
